Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online or by calling/texting (845) 219-2592. All payments are processed securely by Square. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may contact you to confirm color, texture, or length before your order ships — we would rather ask than send the wrong hair.
Shipping
- Free U.S. shipping on all hair orders.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–12 business days depending on the product and destination.
- Free salon pickup at 179 Cortlandt St, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591 — we’ll text you when your order is ready.
- You will receive tracking information when your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived within the window above, contact us and we will chase it down.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened hair (original packaging intact, ties/seals in place) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Opened or used hair cannot be returned. Hair extensions are a hygienic product, and once a bundle is opened, worn, washed, colored, or installed it cannot be resold. This is standard across the industry and required for the health and safety of all customers.
- Wrong item received (wrong length, color, or texture from what you ordered)? Contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Salon pickup orders can be refunded in person.
Appointment Deposits & Cancellations
Some appointments require a deposit to hold your time. Deposits are applied to your final service price. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we will move your deposit to your new time. No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
